Telephone allows you to make phone calls over the Internet or your company network. If your phone line supports SIP protocol, you can use it on your Mac instead of a physical phone anywhere you have a decent network connection.

Telephone Pro
Telephone Pro is a subscription that unlocks the full call history, allows 30 simultaneous calls, and supports ongoing app development. The subscription has a monthly and a yearly option. The prices are displayed in Telephone’s storefront at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account and auto-renews unless disabled in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription can be managed in your iTunes account settings.

Minimale ma fa bene il suo lavoro
Praticamente l’interfaccia grafica è quasi assente, ma il funzionamento è ottimo. La utilizzo con sistema VOIP Wind
Ottimo client SIP
La uso collegandomi al nostro PBX Asterisk (centralino Kalliope) e funziona molto bene. È open source (codice su GitHub) e lo sviluppatore è abbastanza ricettivo ai feedback. Ad esempio ha implementato una feature "Update IP address" utile a chi si collega via VPN al centralino aziendale, visto che riscrive l'indirizzo IP per passare il NAT.
Tramite menù è possibile mettere in pausa, mutare il microfono, e trasferire le chiamate. Si può impostare una propria suoneria :D
Per l'uso che ne faccio non mi serve la versione Pro, visto che lo storico delle chiamate mi interessa poco, e in genere ho una chiamata alla volta.
Molto semplice ma funziona
Non c'è la possibilità di tenerla nella barra dei menu, si deve tenere per forza nel dock. La qualità audio non è il massimo, ho sentito applicazioni per iPhone fare di meglio.
Nel complesso è buona. E' molto semplice (probabilmente anche troppo), ma fa il suo dovere.
