L’app è pessima,spesso si disconnette da sola e quando hai finalmente riempito il carrello e hai già utilizzato un coupon che avevi accumulato,sparisce tutto compreso il coupon che è perso e se hai ancora voglia di comprare tramite app devi ritrovare tutto quello che avevi messo nel carrello virtuale e ricominci da capo sperando che tutto vada a buon fine, alla fine sembra che tue riesca a pagare tramite PayPal e sparisce tutto di nuovo e non sai se il pagamento sia andato a buon fine o se hai perso tutto un’altra volta fino a quando ti arriva un messaggio da PayPal che è stato autorizzato un pagamento a Calzedonia ma sull’app dell’avvenuto ordine non c’è traccia. Per fortuna PayPal invia la specifica dell’ordine e dell’avvenuto pagamento per email altrimenti non avrei nessuna prova di aver eseguito un ordine e soprattutto pagato. Ora rimane da vedere se quello che ho ordinato arriverà. E scriverò allora un’altra recensione.
Vari bug
L’app presenta vari bug che inizialmente pensavo fossero solo del mio profilo, ma nonostante io li abbia segnalati molteplici volte al customer service (tramite mail con foto e video), continuano a presentarsi.
Es:
- raccolta punti del “social quiz”: dà errore ogni volta che si risponde, per poi sparire senza aver assegnato i punti nonostante le risposte corrette
- raccolta punti tramite inserimento di indirizzo: errore ogni volta nonostante si inserisca un indirizzo che poi si vede tramite profilo (ma anche questa volta i punti non vengono assegnati)
- aggiunta di articoli al carrello e impossibilità di comprarli effettivamente perché non disponibili (ma non segnalati)
Spero riusciate a risolvere presto queste cose già segnalate in precedenza
