HOW TO PLAY
Once inside The Arcana, you can play up to 21 unique episodes taken from the 21 Major Arcana tarot cards.
First, you must choose your pronouns. Each episode has endless amounts of options for you to role play. Unlike other dating sims, The Arcana story lets you be who you want and love who you desire.
As you interact with characters on your chosen path, you must make decisions quickly or face the consequences!

Leggendo le altre recensioni ho deciso di scaricare l’applicazione solo perché ero annoiata. Va a finire che The Arcana è diventato il mio gioco preferito in assoluto. La storia è intrigante, l’arte del gioco stupenda (sto studiando arte e sto prendendo molti spunti dall’applicazione), i “mini giochi” divertenti. Certo, ci vuole moto tempo perché le chiavi si rigenerino ma I capitoli, specialmente verso la fine, sono molto lunghi e sicuramente ne vale la pena aspettare così tanto per leggere la storia. I personaggi e le loro storie personali sono intricati e sempre interessanti. L’unico difetto è che le scene speciali costano moltissimo e, anche se non influenzano la fine del gioco, mi piacerebbe poter accedere ai “segreti” delle storie (le monete si guadagnano molto lentamente). Per il resto complimenti a tutti coloro che hanno partecipato nella creazione del gioco e che continuano a farlo tuttora.
Gioco stupendo, ma costi eccessivi.
Mi sono assolutamente innamorata di questo gioco. Adoro tutto, dal character design all’ambiente alla storia. I personaggi sono interessanti, adoro le loro personalità e ammetto di essere rimasta incollata allo schermo per ore col fiato sospeso in attesa di sapere come sarebbe andata a finire. Quello che adoro un po’ meno, tuttavia, sono i costi. Sì, è vero che non serve sbloccare le scene a pagamento per avere un finale positivo... ma è pur vero che con troppo spesso capita di restare con l’amaro in bocca, perché le relazioni tra i personaggi risultano parecchio appiattite senza di esse. Al momento ho completato solo la route di Julian e... praticamente, ogni volta che lui proponeva di stare un po’ da solo col mio personaggio o di fare qualcosa di divertente insieme, ho dovuto rinunciare perché si trattava sempre di scene a pagamento. Per carità, ho adorato ugualmente la route (e Julian <3), ma è chiaro che con le scene a pagamento sarebbe stata un’altra cosa. E la questione costi diventa ancora più assurda se si considera che, a voler acquistare tutti i libri di UNA sola route (e quindi sbloccando anche le scene a pagamento), con i prezzi attuali dello store, si arriverebbe a pagare la bellezza di 120,94 euro. CENTOVENTI. EURO. E. NOVANTAQUATTRO. CENTESIMI. Ora, io sono d’accordo che gli sviluppatori debbano guadagnare, però... a tutto c’è un limite, accidenti!
Il più intrigante dei romance game
Sono sempre un po’ scettica riguardo i romance game, ma The Arcana mi ha fatta innamorare! È diventato il mio gioco preferito, non posso fare a meno di adorarlo. Il design è assolutamente unico e così ricco che non so cosa guardare prima in ogni scena, amo le atmosfere e prima d’ora non avevo mai trovato un game con della musica tanto meravigliosa. La storia è fantastica, così intrigante e così ben costruita, mi sono completamente calata all’interno ed i personaggi sono diventati parte di me.
Ogni aggiornamento rende l’app sempre migliore e più ricca di opzioni, le tre storie base, sebbene già concluse, vengono perfezionate e continuate a curare nei minimi dettagli. Uno degli ultimi aggiornamenti permette di accumulare monete più velocemente guardando delle brevi pubblicità, raccogliere le monete è diventato meno pesante. Aspetto i prosegui. Grazie per il lavoro che le dedicate!
