SONO DEI TRUFFATORI
a gennaio del 2020 mia madre comprò i biglietti per il concerto di Ultimo successivamente posticipato a causa Covid-19, nel frattempo i miei genitori si sono separati e io trasferita. i biglietti sono rimasti nella vecchia casa, sono più volte tornata a controllare ma chi ci sta ora li ha buttati via, ps:sono i miei nonni e non posso certo chiedergli il rimborso.
premetto che ci sono state delle divergenze nella mia famiglia, mia madre ha passato un brutto periodo e penso sia stato normale, non si ricordasse più i dati di accesso a Ticket One
insomma io comunque avevo la foto dei due biglietti, con codici di acquisto in bella vista.
circa un mese fa valutai l’opzione di chiamare il call center di Ticket One, ma nelle categorie da selezionare nella tastiera telefonica non c’era nessuna opzione per fare reclamo.
tutto questo per dire che proprio stasera io avrei dovuto essere a quel concerto, regalo di compleanno per mia madre, quasi cento euro buttati via.
questo per dire che sono dei ladri, personalmente sono andata a vari concerti e questa è l’unica applicazione/servizio così arretrato e corrotto.
non ho potuto chiedere nemmeno il rimborso.
