Waiting time very Long!!!
They told us the bus passes every 15 minutes. We had to wait under the rain for 45 minutes and we changed company

The entire Tootbus team works hard every day to provide you with a quality experience and we do our best to provide our service on time. Unfortunately, the city of London is sometimes filled by demonstrations which can have an impact on the traffic. This is sometimes unexpected...and unfrotunately beyond our control.
To make your experience more fluid, we update our website www.tootbus.com in real time in order to warn you of possible difficulties. We invite you to check our website before you travel. Our Tootbus application (available on iOS and Android) shows you in real time the exact position of our buses as well as our departure times at bus stops.
We hope to see you soon on board one of our buses to regain your trust!
