Cancellare il mio abbonamento automatico, ma non riesco a farlo! A chi me devo rivolgermi?
No mi trovo e no vedo nessun risultato, me arrivano tanta pubblicità in ogni momento, insomma non mi piace è non sono riuscita a chiedere il cancellare il rinnovo del pagamento, il pagamento arriva automatico è non riesco è non mi fa entrare nel programma di come disdire l’abbonamento. Per favore chiedo alla Totaladblock di darmi le indicazioni corrette di come fermare l’abbonamento. Grazie
Total Adblock, non funziona…‼️
Scusate, ma dico ciò che noto, e non è ciò che dice di fare questa App (a pagamento…‼️).
L’ho scaricata ed istallata, pagando, da qualche giorno, ma di fatto non ho notato nulla di ciò che dice di fare, ho comunque molti banner pubblicitari, oltre che anche pubblicità meno invasiva, poi per quanto riguarda la velocità di connessione o navigazione, è sempre la solita che ho sempre avuto, e di tanto in tanto anche meno, perciò le mie conclusioni sono scontate…‼️
L’unica cosa che mi consola, che ho speso “relativamente” poco, per un’App, che a mio parere è “inutile”, e comunque non rinnoverò alla scadenza, spero soltanto di riuscire a rescindere l’abbonamento senza problemi di sorta, anche perché, il prossimo rinnovo, e a prezzo pieno, e non in “offerta”, come quando ho deciso di provare questo Total AdBlock, pessima decisione…‼️
Pubblicità ingannevole impossibile disdire abbonamento
Questa mattina, attratto da una pubblicità di questa applicazione che affermava che il costo fosse di Euro 1,99 all’anno, ho pagato e mi sono iscritto scaricandola. Con mio vivo disappunto ho scoperto che invece avevo sottoscritto un abbonamento annuale ad euro 10,00 mensili, una vera follia. Ho subito contattato l’assistenza per richiedere l’immediato annullamento dell’abbonamento ed il blocco del rinnovo mensile automatico, ma hanno cercato in tutti i modi di farmi desistere dalle mie richieste, per poi interrompere la conversazione in chat senza annullare l’abbinamento ed il rinnovo automatico mensile come loro intimato. Tutt’ora non so come poter disdire e risolvere un abbonamento non voluto. Chiedo ad Apple di intervenire prontamente.
