Summary of the services: Apply for a residence entry permit for your family members. Apply for new residence for your family members. Renew residence permits for your family members Apply for cancelling resident for any sponsored under your sponsorship Apply for a visit visa for your relatives You can generate the “travel status report” and the list of people you sponsor (“sponsor and sponsored report”). Check your residence and entry permit status Request a new or renew your UAE passport Print the family book for locals Extend your on arrival visa Pay fines of visas and residencies"

Not Easy at all. Language barrier too

The procedure took me long time because of the lack of instruction concerning the attachment files , size and format. Then the application bounced back with a comment all in arabic. I was obliged to use Google to translate it. The translation said: Guarantee and renewed Tenancy, But the tenancy contract was already attached and they didn’t even check it.

App will close every time you get out and you will have to start over and over again
