The worst experience in Dubai
My Bad Experience with Udrive:
1. I left the car in the only parking of the area (with fee)
2. After shutted the door i couldn't see the car on the mobile app anymore and obiouvsly i couldn't take the car anymore (i paid a taxi)
3.They charged me the fee of the whole parking day
125 AED
IF YOUR SERVICE HAS GAPS, THOSE MUST NOT BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER, BUT YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM!
(they never replied at my emails)
