It stops me on login page

It doesn’t work on iphone 11, even though I have the latest version of iOS. What can I do?

Stops on the login page

I have an Iphone 11, updated, and everytime I try to login nothing happens, it is stuck at the login page. I tried it with an Iphone 7 and it worked.
Hope you can fix the problem.
