Ho scaricato questo gioco poco dopo la sua uscita, ho notato grandi miglioramenti e sono molto contento, perché merita.
Avrei però alcuni consigli:
1 Penso che l’obbiettivo stagionale debba essere fissato dalla società e quindi nel caso di raggiungimento o meno di questo ci possa essere l’esonero oppure il riconoscimento adeguato.
Penso inoltre che l’obbiettivo debba essere scelto dalla società in base al budget messo a disposizione ed alla forza della squadra. Nel caso in cui si dovesse superare di molto l’obbiettivo allora ci potrebbe essere un aumento consistente di budget per la stagione successiva.
2 Credo che per migliorare il gioco si possa aggiungere la possibilità di avere più sponsor in base al successo della squadra e magari inserire un nuovo elemento dello staff(il direttore commerciale) tramite il quale si possono ricevere proposte di sponsor
3 Sempre ricollegato al punto uno, credo inoltre che si debba riaggiusterete il budget stipendi( molto utile per gestire gli acquisti ed i contratti )

As the "direttore del calcio" you work with the owner to manage the entire operation, including sponsors and tickets, that is what we were going for.
We are adding more coaching tools in the upcoming version to give it more traditional manger feel.
About overalls, they are a good measurement for team level, but there are more things to focus and compare, like team "possession" score, and attacking or defending levels.
All these factor in the match engine.
We are updating the game weekly, based on feedback,

Gioco con del potenziale
Un bel gioco con molto potenziale ma andrebbe migliorato il sistema di allenamento,poi quando ho una squadra molto più forte di un altra perdo senza senso, e infine quando selezioniamo un obbiettivo si dovrebbe avere più budget per gli stipendi.
Comunque bel gioco.
