Easy to book and good service provided. Saving money and time. I keep using it, for sure

Horrible experience

Very unprofessional. The staff also mixes products and interchanges with cheap products please be aware. Last time I called for a facial and the lady mixed the cream from her personal products and it caused me a very bad allergy. I tried urban company for chin treading and she bruised my chin completely. And pedicure was disgusting. She didn’t even scrape and remove any dead skin and didn’t even know how to apply nail paint. They are no more good like before. Unprofessional and don’t know how to do their jobs.
