* Now showing the Promo prices in all places, ex: thumbnail screens, Product Detail screen, etc. if you are a promo customer.
* For a Promo customer, the sales rep no longer has to review and add the promo price.
* Overstock prices are showing in all places with the low and high prices.
* new 4-up version for photostacks

* For shipping to CA customers we have removed the lightbulb message.
* Added the ability to search first by exact term. If that exists it shows only that item.

- the Default "Ship Terms" changed to "PP/Add"
- Review order is fixed
- Fixed review order and allowing rep to give promo
- Fix for Promo prices showing up on the promo items when a Promo Approved Customer is selected as a "Current Customer" on the "Item Search" results.
- View Order-Promo items, the Product Description is overlapping the mark through Price. (It overlaps the unit price also)
