Vi scrivo in riferimento al nuovo update dell‘app vertical-life. Ho visto le nuove possibilità per allenarsi con l’ aiuto di allenatori professionisti. Ho subito iniziato con uno dei tanti piani di allenamento, quale mi da ancora di puí motivazione e mi aiuta di migliorarmi 💪 Anche le nuove modalitá di ricerca e possibilitá di filtrare le palestre sono fanatstiche. Complimenti✌️
