Ottimo prodotto peccato che ci sono certe applicazioni per migliorare le sue possibilità della videocamera a pagamento .
Problema non risolto, il personale educato e molto disponibile.
Applicazione da rivedere
L’applicazione è fatta malissimo, tanto che ha causato la rottura della batteria della mia telecamera e l’assistenza che risponde non comprende la lingua italiana e da risposte pre-compilate, senza mai venire in contro alle esigenze e segnalazioni poste dall’utente, il che lo trovo parecchio grave. Tante aree dell’applicazione sono mal tradotte e tante altre, non funzionano. Nel mio caso viene indicata fonte alimentazione con 3 opzioni in cui poter scegliere, col risultato che non cambia nulla. Spero questi bug vengano risolti in breve tempo poiché non è pensabile sostituire la telecamera ogni 6 mesi a causa di queste problematiche facilmente risolvibili tramite una aggiornamento.
Anche nei ticket il caricamento immagini appare avere un BUG tanto che quest’ultime vanno sotto e non è possibile vederle, se si scorre troppo l’applicazione crasha.
Risolto problema streaming !!
Dall’ultima aggiornamento non funzionava più lo streaming.. ! Grazie per la vostra assistenza, ho appena ricevuto il nuovo aggiornamento IOS ed è risolto il problema
