Download the “Villo! officiel” app and access nearly 5.000 bikes and 360 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!
Bike-sharing has never been so easy
Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a Villo!” and choose your Villo! from the list of available bikes there.
At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.
Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals
The “Villo! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.
Access the service as a group
You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “Villo! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.
Collect points
Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

Complicato l’inizio ma poi tutto scorre

Awful app and no assistance received

I downloaded the app with the intention to use the bicycle in Brussels. I tried several times to enter the credit card details and the app got stuck and unfortunately I could NOT even delete the info that were like “frozen” once registered in the app. I sent an email for getting assistance and got no answer. Also the new account via browser did not work and you have all my bank details.

Personne répond aux mails. J’ai envoyé la demande d’élimination du compte il y’a plus de 2 semaines et il y’a rien qui bouge! Les problèmes techniques/informatiques avec les vélos sont systématiques, en particulier les électriques. En très peu de temps ça m’a arrivé deux fois: le compteur sur l’application ne s’arrête pas et je suis obligé à appeler pour éviter qu’on me prenne l’argent. La première fois ça a été, rien n’a été enlevé, la deuxième fois on a dû n’annuler la transaction. Donc ATTENTION! Même si ce sont des erreurs, si vous vous en rendez pas compte, l’argent est parti.
