Description
The VIEW Pro app allows professional electrical installers to configure the VIEW IoT Smart Systems integrated platform and to program the entire By-me Plus subsystem, both locally and remotely, by following simple guided steps on an extremely intuitive interface.
The VIEW IoT Smart Systems platform offers the best possible security, energy efficiency, comfort and control, natively integrating all Vimar professional wired systems into a single smart architecture based on Cloud and EDGE computing. Finally, the app makes use of IP technology and the Cloud to guarantee interoperability and compatibility with professional systems and third-party smart products, including Philips Hue light bulbs, LED strips and smart speakers for voice control.
By-me Plus is the connected home automation system based on twisted pair cabling and distributed logic, dedicated to providing full control over lighting, temperature, sound systems, curtain and roller shutter automation, watering systems, energy management and multi-zone temperature control; for maximum comfort and energy efficiency of buildings.
The "video door entry system" and "burglar alarm" components are instead imported by the VIEW Pro app from systems already configured using the specific programming tools.
Thanks to the Vimar cloud, the VIEW Pro app also allows users to:
• carry out remote system maintenance for the purpose of diagnostics, reprogramming or firmware updates
• create logic programs that can work locally, both on By-me Plus and on the entire VIEW IoT Smart Systems integrated platform
• manage the installed systems via a dashboard that uses the cloud for backing up system schedules and for notifications of available updates
• integrate third-party devices (e.g. KNX) into the system, making them available as resources that can be controlled from the user interfaces
The app can only be accessed by entering installer credentials, which are generated on the MyVIMAR portal.
The app works only with home automation/video door entry/burglar alarm gateways present in the system.

FUNZIONI RIMOSSE !!! SCHERZIAMO???
Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento 1.14.5 del gateway domotico, sono sparite le applicazioni CLIMA di tipo "Sensori-Visualizzazione e Controllo" (c'è solo Visualizzazione).
Scherziamo?
e NON ditemi di usare un'applicazione di tipo SENSORE !!!
L'umidità ambiente è un ELEMENTO CLIMATICO e in VIEW deve essere visualizzata nel contenitore CLIMA, dentro la sua Stanza (con la temperatura/termostato), devo poterne GESTIRE la soglia (e l'isteresi) e soprattutto creare Logiche con l'USCITA TOG o gli ingressi per poter disattivarli (es. inverno).
Tutto perfetto... fino ad oggi!
Con applicazione SENSORE, in VIEW la visione dell'umidità non rientra in CLIMA, nè in Stanza, è pessima con l'allarme che compare e crea spesso lamentele tra gli utenti finali.
E tutti gli impianti installati ad oggi? Se devo AGGIUNGERE un umidostato in un impianto esistente, stravolgo tutto?
Spero sia stato solo un refuso a cui rimedierete al più presto o qui le cose stanno peggiorando invece che migliorare.

Limitato
Se fosse come l’app per tablet e non limitata alle sole funzioni di consegna e sincronizzazione dell’impianto sarebbe un’app comodissima e funzionale.

Scandaloso
Solo dopo aver acquistato i prodotti per il controllo dei carichi e averli installati si scopre che non servono praticamente a nulla (sistema By-me Load control 01455 e tre energy actuator 01456). Non si può impostare una soglia d’intervento al di sotto dei 20 minuti… quindi praticamente non serve a nulla. Scandaloso per il prezzo che costano questi prodotti
