Viso helps you and your healthcare team stay better connected between appointments. The NHS-approved app asks for information your doctor needs to know and responds with expert advice. It builds a more complete view of your health over time and alerts you to take action when serious changes are detected. Viso was designed by medical experts to help manage one or more chronic conditions in a single app.
NOTE: Viso can only be accessed with an invite from your doctor. Contact your doctor to confirm availability in your area.
Viso helps you:
- Share accurate, up-to-date blood pressure readings with your doctor
- Set medication and blood pressure measurement reminders
- Stay on the right treatment plan for you, agreed by yourself and your doctor
- Make faster progress towards your target blood pressure
- Save time with home monitoring instead of visiting the surgery
Research shows that managing your blood pressure and medication from home with the support of your GP is safe and effective, resulting in lower blood pressure for many people.*

- Blood pressure check-ins are no small feat and every check-in done is an achievement too. Introducing the “Achievement” Tab (on the bottom right of the Home screen), where you can view your past check-in results, track your blood pressure over time, or look back on your clinician’s review at any time!
