da migliorare

Premesso che non ho nemmeno finito il periodo di prova e dopo due giorni dal pagamento si sono tirati quello che gli spettava non dandomi la possibilità di disdire.
l’app quasi sempre non trova il server e quando lo trova, ha un time out di 2/3 minuti, dopo di che perde connessione!
i server VIP sono inutili, riuscivo a connettermi meglio con quelli free, o almeno riuscivo ad avere una conversazione chat Whatsapp di almeno 20 minuti, per cui, se pensate che fare acquisti in app migliori la connessione, non fatelo e arrangiate con i server Free.
io sono a Shanghai, con una connessione 4G che senza VPN è una scheggia!

1) Vai su Impostazioni -> [tuo nome] -> iTunes e App Store.
2) Tocca il tuo ID Apple nella parte superiore dello schermo.
3) Tocca Visualizza ID Apple. Potrebbe essere necessario autenticare il tuo AppleID.
4) Toccare Iscrizioni.
5) Toccare l'app che si desidera annullare -> Annulla abbonamento

Truffa, mi hanno rubato dei soldi

Ho fatto la trial di un mese ed oggi ho cercato di rimuovere il rinnovo automatico perché non ero più interessato all’offerta. Con mia sorpresa cliccando su “remove renewal” per cancellare la mia iscrizione non succede niente, il tasto non si disattiva ed io non posso acquistare o installare applicazioni sull’app store finché non rimuovo il rinnovo automatico da questa applicazione che ho rimosso del tutto. Non mi resta che cancellare il mio account e tagliare la mia carta di credito perché io non sono intenzionato a pagare per avere un servizio TRUFFA che non mi permette di scegliere quando cancellare l’offerta di iscrizione.
