Ho scaricato l’app su iPhone , ho seguito le istruzioni, ho pagato 7,99€ ma mi fermo lì. Se chiudo e riapro l’app mi dice di pagare 7,99€ (già fatto) e se riprovo mi dice che posso scaricare di nuovo l’app, do l’ok ma non cambia nulla. Aiutatemi a capire grazie

Ho pagato € 7,99 per sbloccare l’app., su AppStore risulta il mio acquisto, ma l’app. non si è sbloccata e continua a chiedermi di pagare nuovamente € 7,99…Ho inviato E-mail sia all’assistenza dell’app., che ad Apple, ma finora non ho avuto nessuna risposta e l’app. è sempre bloccata. Mi dite cosa devo fare per sbloccarla ed attivare tutte le funzioni e quadranti, stante che ho pagato?
