It isn’t working at all

Nothing I do helps I tried now so many was to access the app on my watch but it doesn’t do anything. I tried to access my account on my iPhone and did what the instructions said but all that happened was that for the fraction of a second a window glowed up just to be replaced by the log in Masc again

Untill now it’s waisted money
