WhatsApp Business enables you to have a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate more efficiently with your customers, and help you grow your business.
If you have separate business and personal phone numbers, you can have both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger installed on the same phone, and register them with different numbers.
In addition to the features available in WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:
• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help your customers find valuable information — like your website, location, or contact information.
• BUSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Be more responsive to your customers by using Away messages to indicate that you're away.
• LANDLINE/FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a landline (or fixed) phone number and your customers can message you on that number. During verification, select the “Call me” option to receive the code over a phone call.
• RUN BOTH WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have its own unique phone number.
• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers right from your computer's browser.
WhatsApp Business is built on top of WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features that you rely on, such as the ability to send multimedia, free calls*, free international messaging*, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

Molti non conoscono nemmeno l’esistenza di questa app, magari scrivono i messaggi e non si rendono conto di inviarli ad un business, per tanto proporrei una modifica. Siccome c’è la possibilità di fare un catalogo, nessuno va sulle info del contatto, non ha senso, per tanto proporrei di inserire un collegamento al catalogo sulla parte superiore in modo che quando si invia un messaggio a quel contatto, si legge del catalogo, o farlo apparire nella parte messaggio, o anche sulla lista contatti che contraddistingue l’account business, insomma, renderlo più fruibile è visibile per la vendita, com’è adesso è nascosto.

Whatsapp business è la rivoluzione per chi vuole farsi conoscere meglio. Però per Whatsapp in generale manca una cosa importante a mio parere ovvero questa, quando si risponde ad un determinato messaggio dalle notifiche e si fa invia bisogna fare in modo che l’app faccia venire fuori il messaggio “per poter inviare inserire il codice di sicurezza” come succede per Instagram e Messenger di Facebook.

Account utilizzato un mese e mi è stato bloccato, perchè avrei violato delle norme! Ma scusate se è business come faccio a contattare i clienti? Non posso solo inviare pubblicità! Non ho mai fatto gruppi ed ho ricevuto messaggi solo da 6 clienti. Mi spiegate che norme avrei violato????? Ho già segnalato all’assistenza che chiaramente è gestita con mail automatiche ed ovviamente non ti aiutano a risolvere il problema, a questo punto evitate di scaricarla!
