youMove is the new TMR app that gives you an unique sustainable mobility experience in your city. We built a single system that allows us to share any type of vehicle, from cars to scooters, with the same ease of use.
In a few simple steps you will be able to: register, view the map with vehicles and stations, check and top up your credit, unlock and lock vehicles, move easily from one point to another in the city.

NEMMENO CI SI RIESCE A REGISTRARE!
Mai vista un’ app che funziona così male. Da quando la si scarica è tutto un lampeggiamento, sia dal cellulare che dall’ ipad.
Impossibile usarla!
Non funziona più
Tralasciando che fin dall’inizio ci sono stati disservizi a livello di bici e stazioni. Dopo aver provato un’unica volta un giro non mi è stato più possibile perché era sempre tutto fuori uso. Impossibile rivolgersi ad un supporto tecnico. Servizio clienti inesistente, una volta cliccato sull’app non appare nessun contatto.
Le biciclette non sono mai state riportate alle stazioni di partenza la sera, così che la stazione di Bracciano 2 è stata con 6 bici e niente parcheggi per settimane creando forti disagi.
Inoltre ora l’app non funziona per niente.
Avevo fatto una ricarica da 5€, utilizzando 0.50 cent quell’unica volta e ora mi dà 0€ nonostante mi sia stato impedito l’utilizzo del servizio.
Qualora tornasse a funzionare sarebbe opportuno aggiungere scatti più brevi (ad esempio 25 cent ogni 15 minuti), in quanto per raggiungere ogni stazione ci vogliono si e no 10 minuti.
