ZKTeco Care is a smartphone APP designed and developed by ZKTeco, which will provide latest news for it's channel partners.The main functions include, inquiry of software product customization process, maintenance process ,common problem feedback and online communication.
Main functions:
1.Trouble Ticket process, submit problems directly, get solution feedback quickly.
2.Customization process, grasp the latest progress of the project, search for history customization records.
3.Maintenance process, register broken devices info, apply for repair.
4.Warranty, scan SN barcode from the back cover of the device to query the warranty period.
5.Product list,product show and operation video.
6.LBS, search service branches by the map.
7.IM, find the exclusive support enginner and communicate online conveniently.
