Great Service

Used the app for the very first time today during the lockdown, and I am grateful for this service in Jamaica. It is fast growing and very beneficial with great customer service. They did something that many business entities miss in Jamaica, and that is setting expectations. I got a notification that told me they had a high volume, and should expect a 2hr delay. They not only advised me before I had to call, they gave me a specific time and actually came in an hour. A representative also called me to discuss their safety procedures, for using a card on their app. That gesture made me comfortable doing business with them.
Most importantly, I had apparently placed one order twice and the rep reached out to ask, if I’d like to cancel one of them, via chat. Whew load off with that one! 🥲as they caught it, and refunded the card.
Why not 5 stars,
Because despite the communication, it still took awhile to get it, and it really wouldn’t be fair to give an effort 🏅 when they were late.
Also, I’d appreciate it if the response time in the chat could improve, but it could just be because of the high volume.
All in all great app and I’d like to say; I had the idea to do this business, based on the fact that I went overseas and saw a similar app. I observed its operations, and had planned to come establish it here some years ago. I hold no grudge or bad feeling however, as I’m just grateful the people of Jamaica is getting the service.

Mi wah me money

Most dishonest and disrespectful people I know. Asked for a refund over two weeks now and all I’ve gotten is half assed responses and attitude. It’s not even the wait time or the money like the attitude. Checked back with them and “Matthews” had the stinkiest attitude as if I’m begging them for something. Then told me they’d check and get back to me in the ending of the day! Still nothing. 7Krave a thief and me ago build bay fake google account and troll unu reviews with bay one star til me get me money.

Slow delivery and bad customer service

I placed an order from 10:22 and I was advised that my order won’t be processed until a hour or two. What can of service do you guys provide, what is the sense of doing delivery if it’s gonna take you that long, the time it takes this company to make a delivery I could have went to the restaurant myself and got through and reach back home. Worst delivery company, I recommend that you guys use HUGO.

I am sorry for the way you feel. However, if you were contacted and told that the order wont be processed until an hour or two, it must have been something communicated by the restaurant. Please advise us on what we should have done in order to serve you better.
