Cut off for verification

I didn't like that without warning I was cut off my convo and now I have to wait a full 24 hours to be restored. I think the app could have given a warning that I needed to be verified now in order to continue.
As a paying customer I did not think that was fair. My partner idleft wondering what had happened and why I disappeared. Not cool.
