New to this bank. Coming from scotia’s app and Ncb’s app. There is so much friction to understand how your app works it’s turning me off from the bank. I had to go into a branch to pay off a credit card balance because there are no instructions on how to pay it in the app. The teller explained that I had to create a new payee to pay it. Tried this later that day and realized that the credit card account is a separate account. This account is not findable (like the debit account). It would be helpful to view this easily since you need it to add a payee but since the info is already in the app why not give me an option as an automatic payee.I’m now realizing that the credit card account number doesn’t show itself in the app like the debit card account either so god help me fi find back the paper that I lost when signing up for the card. It would also be nice to see your credit card statement date under the credit card section. The Card Payment button shows you your statement with no date, the credit card activity button does nothing, standing instruction and the third person card buttons also do nothing either .

The old application worked well. You upgraded and nothing works. The easy login doesn’t work. I keep getting errors that access is denied and the regular login requires the token which i keep at home so basically I am refused access to my account so things I would do quickly takes a long time and I have to wait till i get home at night when transfers get processed next day. Kmt. I’m not walking around with no token because from bag to bag It gets misplaced.

Everytime i get lock out of my account when using fingerprint or face id. Now i do it straight i cant go in its just loading snd not opening im really tired how im i suppose to do transfer and check when i cant go in my account. Either you fix it or im going to move my account, rubbish

The old app work much better, keep getting access denied user authentication not valid I’m fed up at this point
