I was unsatisfied with the customer service offered at first but now I’m graceful , at first I was blocked because I used my personal information twice to create two accounts, but with separate emails. So I contacted customer care via email, they delayed until I contacted them via Instagram, I was then assisted perfectly. I would really recommend but please keep in mind that the message via their live chat could be disconnected if you take a while to respond. At a point I had mixed feelings about offering my personal information but then they informed me that my informations were confidential and they are currently working on having an official telephone service. After the convo , they then sent me an email with the live chat and they then fixed the issue completely.

Lynk app is great for everyday use

The Lynk app is great, easy to use for everyday transaction, without having to walk around with too much cash all the time or having to join lines at the bank. and mostly the customer care service is really interactive I’ve had times when the timer on the machine ran out and I was still able to send the money and I didn’t get it eventually I did, the first time it took me a while and back and forth with the info they required but like I said, they did eventually however it did take longer than they had stated and so I’ve asked them to sort that out so if one was to make that error, they can be refunded by having an system or tech to process just that, so the process can be speed up.. my second error cashing out, I just contacted the support team, send the the info pertaining the error transaction. couple hours later the amount I’ve made an error with is back into my account.. so respect to the LYNK support team for listening and making it happen respect

Love this app!

The only flaw this app has is the ATM interactions: The barcode ATM deposit/withdrawal feature always fail for me, resulting in my funds getting locked up for days before it gets deposited/reversed to the wallet. I wish there was an option to get a card linked to the wallet. Aside from that, bank transfers, converting JMD to CBDC, bill payments, data/credit top ups, funding the wallet via linked debit/credit cards, remittance services, sending JMD/CBDC to other wallets work perfectly! 4 stars because I have to resort to topping up the Lynk wallet via depositing the funds in another bank’s ATM, the using Lynk to withdraw funds from that card that’s linked. If I need to get money from the Lynk wallet, I have to send the funds to another bank, then use that bank’s ATM to withdraw the funds with that bank’s debit card. I think the Lynk team saw this coming, so they gave so many other options to fund the wallet. A Lynk debit card would really be nice to have.
