How does it work?

After creating a personal profile, you'll be asked a few questions to help us select the plan that suits you best, or you can choose from other options according to your preferences and browse through all available workout plans.

Each plan includes detailed information about the level of difficulty, specific types of training, or a complete list of workouts week by week.

To get to know your coach better, each of the trainers will introduce themselves and your training plan in a video.

If you're ready, your workout can start right away.

The app gives you control over your training. You can choose your training days, control your pace, adjust repetitions and weights, and your trainer will show you how to perform the exercise correctly in a demonstration video. After completing the workout, the app will remember all your weights and repetitions, and for the next workout, it will preset them for you.

Currently, the app offers five 12-week customized training plans tailored to your needs and 3 extra workouts beyond the selected plan.

But that's just the beginning. Every 3 months, we release an update packed with new training plans not only with trainers but also with influencers and other fitness personalities from around the world.
