Two things we should be able to see the amount displayed throughout the drive and confirmed on our end when we got dropped. Why does the price increase after arrival it could tell you something n then just increase
My feedback
The app as a wallet with no way to add a bank account to it. When we reach out for assistance no one knows how to assist. The app gives a price and some drivers raise the fare after arrival. What I like it is a timely service.
Rude and Condescending Encounter
Despite their quick response time via WhatsApp requests, the approach of the phone receptionists can be off putting and will cause this company to loose out valuable revenue. Customer Service shouldn’t waiver based on the time of the day, magnitude of calls being received that day or based on the emotions of the person relaying to clients.
