Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver 4+

Yk I love this app but today I was going through my ratings I notice an review that I dropped off a customer at a area that was unsafe, how is it that the customer tells me where to drop them off then turn around and gave me a low rating for dropping them off in a unsafe location. I want you guys to really thing about next thing I got review for not being when I saw this I had to look in myself and wonder why someone would really like to sabotage my reputation sigh on to the next distracted by my phone most of the time you get a request you don’t know where exactly the person is going sometimes they themselves don’t know where they are going but I get a review that I’m distracted by my phone damn what do these people get from ruining a persons reputation?

Uber set rates are too low here in Kingston, Jamaica.
We need a option in the app for riders to “tip” us.
Please contact Google maps to get Jamaica optimized, it’s misleading and it’s getting riders and drivers frustrated to find places accurately.
Increase the promotions value as well. Gas prices are very here. And if you want drivers to work full time, you’ll have to have weekly quest or promos.
Uber Pool should be added as well here in Kingston, Jamaica.
Please add toll cost to trips. Eg. Kingston to Portmore through (Portmore Toll Plaza) $290 Class 1 Vehicles.
Trips that take drivers on hills, bad roads need higher fees. Red Hills, Long Mountain, Stoney Hill, Russell Heights, Jack’s Hill. (These area take extra gas to go up high hill, so the rate is way too low for such locations).

I signed up as a driver, everything checked out then I can’t go online. Contact support, worked for literally couple hours then stopped contacted support again only to be told that I violated their security and my account is deactivated and the support can’t tell me exactly where or what is the violation. Terrible experience to say the least.
