采供平台主要实现从采购、申购、入库、出库的全流程跟踪。物资采购实行app实地录入，方便采购人员收集数据。针对采购的数据进行入库，申购，出库等后续操作。并且在物资配送的过程中进行全流程跟踪，跟踪到人并能够记录货物运输的实时地理位置及历史路线。验收人员通过手机app能方便的对配送的物资进行验收，及时与配送人员沟通确定最终的验收数量。
将整个采购，配送，入库，出库整个流程做到简洁化，方便化；出现问题做到有据可依。
