Failing Opening new app -Selfie Issue
After deleting the app and downloading again while signing in at the selfie stage I’m getting this message “ we are unable to process your request at the moment due to technical reasons. Pls try again. “ This is really strange and I believe you have to fix this error by updating your app. I’m having iPhone 11 Pro, IOS 16.5.1 (c)

Bad Application interface
I can express my regret and dissatisfaction with the application interface and its new contents, as the application interface in the previous update was much better. I hope the application developers return to the previous interface, with many thanks.

Bad app
I can not use your app, it keeps ask me to update the iOS system to the new version which is I cannot do it with IPhone 6

Dear 3'aysoon, Thanks for reaching out us. Current security update is not compatible with old IOS versions. You may need to upgrade your IOS version to use the app with new security update added in. Also you can use our online banking service if your device doesn't support the new IOS.
