ZONES
•Zone workouts that notify you being in preset zones based on Age. Workout inside the zone and know when to push harder or slow down when performing cardio like running, swimming, or biking.
With the user's permission, RuxTux uses the Health application to enable the user to see their heart rate in real time during the workout.
FITNESS IS ALWAYS FREE
Create Custom Work outs. Create a profile online and find the class notes of the workout that is needed. Work outs are community based and are intended to be shared online.
