Ease of use & gorgeous App

I truly wanted to express my feelings towards this application because whenever I’m using it i just feel its so well organised and very easy to use to the point where everything is laid in front of you
You do not have to give it a second though when transferring money or doing some internal account transfers the only thing i did not like that much was the colouring and theme hope to see plain whitish theme and dark mode as well in the future

Extremely Disappointed with Bank of Jordan - Poor Service and Lack of Professionalism

I recently had a terrible experience with Bank of Jordan, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. From the very beginning, the service was subpar and unprofessional.

First, the customer service representatives were unhelpful and dismissive. When I visited the branch to open a new account, the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to answer my questions. They provided vague information and made the entire process unnecessarily complicated.

Lastly, the lack of transparency and accountability is shocking. There was no follow-up on my complaints, and I felt like my concerns were completely ignored.

Overall, I would not recommend Bank of Jordan to anyone. There are far better banking options available with better customer service, modern technology, and fair fees. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
