The service is so bad
Ive informed basket customer service many times to not call me when the driver arrives, i order a minimum of twice a day and every time they call when they are on the door instead of ringing the bell. But their competition doesnt at alll! I dont know when it’s so difficult to understand that
Bad application
I ordered via visa and i got a message that the amount is deducted but the order wasn’t confirmed by the application and they refused to give me the money back! Worst application ever
