Slow Loading, High Pricing, and other issues

Your app is good and all, but the reason why I gave it a 4-star rating is because it is a little bit slow and it asks for updates very often which I’ve found it to be annoying and unnecessary. It would be helpful if you add more features to the app like the one on the online platform. Your pricing policy should also be reviewed and changed immediately as it is sometimes unaffordable, especially the 1:1 lessons! Your minutes-renew system/policy is a real pain in the neck. Why a learner is supposed to wait for SEVEN DAYS to get the minutes renewed? It is worth mentioning that some teachers have a broken English accent! If I wanted to practice my English with a person/teacher with a broken accent, I wouldn’t have had to pay money to sharpen and shape my language and accent as well! Please fix those issues ASAP and take my complaints into consideration. I like Cambly and I recommend it to my students and to anyone around me; however, I also shed light on those issues too! Thanks!
