Careem – rides, food & more 4+

Careem box captain has stolen my money and the customer service didn’t do anything about it because they said “its not within our policies” I used careem box to deliver an item to my customer with the instruction for the driver to return back with what my customer has given him! The captain stole my money and stopped answering my calls/texts!! Careem said its not within their business model and they are not accountable to any losses beyond the pickup delivery services! Knowing that most online businesses use careem box to deliver goods and receive money from customers! And they make profits out of it! I have been a loyal customer to a company that has no values nor any manners.

With all due respect to careem, you are in great decline. We will never forget how wonderful your service was in the firstplace compared to now. Firstly, it is very difficcult to reach the subscriber services employee except when there is a flight, and this is the cause of many problems for us as passengers, and i do not mean in any way your drivers because in all cases they treat us perfectly, but recently i found that they are dissatisfied with your work and this is a reason for me secondly, great disappointment. I have been using careem for 2015 until now. I have been evaluted as gold. I have been riding with careem for two months now continuously and use all careem services. There is no discrimintaion between me and a new careem user. Where is your justice? There are no discounts and there is nothing for me to encourage us to ride with ypu with i’m so sorry if careem stays like this you will lose and others .

A bunch of thieves!!! I ordered food and paid by cash, three days later the same amount was deducted off my credit card, when I contacted them this is what they replied!!!!!!

How am I supposed to submit a complaint within 4 hours if they deducted the money three days later! Shameless thieves! Trust me, if I don't get my money back I will expose you all over social media. And I have millions of followers.
