Horrible experience!
Initially I had to call to ask for directions, instead of having the customer service contact me after the booking. Customer service sent the wrong location to the farm we reserved and DID NOT get back to us with the right directions. Bahamas farm had dirty toilets and pool. The concierge was very unhelpful and tried to deceive us with the insurance deposit. All in all, the experience was HORRIBLE!
Worst service
Worst experience ever. Received a wrong location of the farm, it was too hard to contact someone to get the right one. The farm was dirty, pool was filled with insects, there was no soap. No after service after we booked the farm. The concierge tried to deceive us with the insurance deposit
