The time is wrong
At least with the update there are time &date order but the time is not correct.
The phrases were easier before like; the order is received, in the kitchen, on the way (although not every restaurant show that it’s on the way).

Great Service
I have been using Eat delivery for the past six months, and I never faced any problems with the service. The deliveries are always on time and as specified by the pre-order feature. The staff very courteous and never ask for tips and refuse them (at first) when offered. Unlike other delivery personnel that take the change without asking, which I find rude. Once when overcharged due to problem in the app, the Customer service resolved the issue quickly, again this happened to me with another delivery service and the issue is not resolved a month later. The food is always warm, high quality, and reasonably priced and the pricier offerings (se3ro feh). Simply the best food delivery service in Amman in terms of price, quality, and customer experience.
Worst service ever.
To start with, they got the whole order wrong. When told, they assured us the right delivery was on its way and only needed 10mins. After approximately an HOUR the right delivery came and the receipt was even more expensive than our original order. When we called and asked the manager, he told us to be grateful that he didnt include the 3jds delivery (which was 1 jd on the application). Also, while we were waiting, we kept calling them and asking when the order will arrive (for one whole hour), they kept saying 10 minutes and at one point we got extremely frustrated so we wanted to cancel the order and the guy who works there actually hung up on us...
Such a terrible and annoying experience.
