Very week support, i have sent trying to reach out for the financial remediation aince more than a month but their number is always busy, the call center cannot escalate any case from their side, the response for the inmail message in the app is always the same no matter what you send for them....
You can simply disable this feature if there is no one to handle instead of sending the same message over and over again...
Pooooor service comparing to other banks in uae.
