Description
We are all on a journey of self-cultivation in life, pursuing the fulfillment of the body, mind, and brain, enjoying life while accepting its impermanence.
Essentially, the habits you form will shape the life you lead. Over time, good habits will bring immense value, while the cost of bad habits will become unbearable. The price of good habits is paid in the present, while the cost of bad habits is paid in the future.
Reality tends to repeat itself in similar ways. To avoid making the same mistakes, record the real-life problems you encounter, reflect deeply to find the root causes, thoroughly learn from past experiences, and establish principles to handle similar situations in the future. This will increase your margin for error going forward.
Life is unpredictable. Eudemonia will help us cultivate the ability to accept uncertainty and disappointment, allowing us to live in the present and find peace in the moment. At the same time, it will help us motivate ourselves to achieve the dreams we have but are still hesitant to pursue.
A healthy body is the foundation for all possibilities in life. The essence of illness is that the rate of cellular damage exceeds the rate of repair, and the only thing that can provide the materials for cell repair is food. Based on your physical condition, Eudemonia scientifically calculates your daily nutritional goals and breaks them down into each meal. You can easily track your meals to check if you're meeting your daily nutritional targets. You don’t need to hit the targets with every meal—it’s neither realistic nor necessary. If you’re busy with work, you can adjust your diet on Sundays to maintain dietary balance over a longer period.
As the designer of your own life, focus on the areas and projects you want to explore:
a. Explore the areas of your life that you are curious about and want to delve into.
b. Understand how the world works through the lens of these areas of exploration.
c. Explore more career possibilities and sow the seeds of potential.
Break down your projects (areas you want to explore) into specific stages, and then break each stage into daily tasks. Set deadlines to manage the progress of each stage and the overall project. Upon completing a stage or project, reward yourself to motivate further exploration.
Use the Pomodoro technique to dive deeply into your explorations and avoid inconsistency. It will help improve your focus, increase time efficiency, and aid your brain in separating work from leisure, balancing productivity with rest.
Motivate yourself to perform better with rewards and penalties. Set rewards for the things you want to obtain and naturally work towards earning them. Add a playful element to your daily life by incorporating this system of rewards and penalties.
We are all the designers of our own lives. We welcome you to join us in exploring the script of life. With Eudemonia’s help, we hope you will continually pursue fulfillment, unleash your curiosity about life, understand how the world works through the areas you wish to explore, and plant seeds of potential for the future script of your life.
