Steps disappear
Its not the first time happened with me. Since moreover one month some days the steps disappear from the app. In the next day and by default i loss steps and points. Like yesterday the steps counter was more that 2700. Then today morning it zero till now its zero and i lost them
Why i find it helpful and fun
This app is very helpful and fun, it really motivates you to walk.
You can convert your coins to discounts and cash through Arab bank.
Technical Issue for a year
I have wrote multiple times for the technical support team about this issue but no response from anyone for almost a year!!
The app is not working, it’s not counting the number of steps. It’s stuck to the number 207. I have tried signing out then back in, I tried to uninstall then reinstall and the same number and issue still exist.
Useless app on my phone with the worst technical support ever 👎🏼👎🏼
