Max use of the app
The app is very convenient but the bank should use it to interact with clients such sending notifications and msgs. Many times back call and if I don’t reply you don’t know who called and why. While, send a msg on the application can make things much easier.

Dears,
Kindly note that I have been trying to access the new app for the past week without success using my credentials for the previous version which was working without any problems. I have changed my password and still couldn’t access my account.

Key features not working
The app itself isn’t bad, however key features like receive money using western union do not work, after countless attempts contacting support, even having to go to the bank, the issue was not fixed, this makes the user experience incredibly frustrating and discourages people from recommending this otherwise good service, hopefully this can one day be addressed.
