I recently purchased Philips Air Fryer HD9280 and facing two issues. The device is not listed in HomeID to select as a previous review stated. The pairing of the device to the phone via WiFi is not succeeding. You previously stated that the device will be added but still not added yet. Your help will be appreciated.

Oh, this doesn't seem right, since your air fryer 5000 series is not showing on the app. I can perfectly help you with your pairing issues, Shaiian. After the implementation of the app, all added device on the NutriU app should be available on the HomeID app as long as you use the same account from your NutriU before. To fix this, try to uninstall and reinstall the HomeID app. If your device model still not appear on the app, send me a screen recording from the whole pairing process, so I can check and provide the proper solution through PhilipsHomeID.Support@versuni.com :)Thank you, HomeID team
