The worst... hunger is a fitting name for this app.
When a customer orders food, they expect to have it and get to the eating part with ease and without waiting for hours and at times have their order cancelled. They certainly do not expect to leave an experience that is meant to be pleasant angry...
This application is the worst out there for food delivery. Seriously, don’t use it if you’re hungry or wanna eat, there are other apps that are way better. If you’re really desperate, order from the restaurant itself or pick it up yourself!

Im only using this cuz i can seem to get Talabt working when im in Riyadh
The application is a bit heavy sometimes and its just decides to not let me pay to my order randomly with no clear message on why
I dont get me started on the review and customer help pages, i think you better remove it than having such pages for, your not fooling any any with that
All of this i can live with, but the customer support and help and their drivers are just the lowest quality ever, i never got my order right, the drivers never understand what im saying, Arabic or English, the customer support can only submit “notes”
