Please try to provide some categories for most wanted items, more selected ones for customers so that we can easily buy, plus it would be perfect if you include more descriptions like hight waist, regular waist for the jeans.
bad customer service
Dear, I have been trying to reach you since 2 days and no one is responding I have sent on whatsaap and the agent kept the conversation open without answering for more than 36 hours !!!!! that is not a professional way to deal with customers. I am really frustrated and disappointed from your service the first time I try to return something and it was really a bad experience that I will share on social media and will definitely change the rate on app store I submitted a return request which was ignored for a month then on 19th of may your carrier in Jordan collect it from my door and ever since am trying to follow up for the refund with no response tomorrow I will be calling the company and a manager needed to talk to
They are very unprofessional when it comes to orders
I made an order and everything was fine, Until the order arrived to Jordan and there was a problem with the customs that MADE ME PAY EXTRA FEES to DOUBLE the amount of the order!!!! Because of the Unprofessional service you guys have, all that due to vogacloset misdescribing the content of the order listing it as ”clothes” when it is ”skincare product ”, this problem caused me to pay double the amount of order, all that can be avoided if vogacloset’s team knew how to do their job!
I'm very unsatisfied, do your job right!
