The worst online experience ever, worst customer service agents too.
They are very bad, unorganized, they would take your money and not ship the goods! Isnt that plain frauds?!?
You keep replying to people to contact customer care but throughout all social media channels people are all agreeing me included that you don’t reply to your email, till this minute I have sent five emails asking for my money or my order that has not been delivered and no one answered!!! If you are honest people call your customers or reply to their messages don’t take their money and not deliver !

Misleading offer to let you start using the app
When i first downloaded the app, it has a message says that get 100 QAR (qatari ryal) off your first order , after filling an order of more than 300 to redeem the coupon, the oops message appears saying that it only works on AED, SAR, KWD currencies
While they already confirmed that the discount is in QAR
I bet if i were in saudi and using SAR they going to remove ghat and put QAR instead so they dont let you redeem any copoun
Arabs never fails to amaze us 😂
