Actually, this service is extremely great and I really find myself forced to raise my hat for all captains. Jeeny service is highly appreciated cause you deal with decent captains, their cars are very modern and very clean, they are very responsive and safety issues are highlighted… once again thank you for your efforts and wish you all the best.

Bad experience with jeeny !

Actually it’s a bad company and bad call Center, daily I order 2 ride in morning one and to night another one! credit card payment, i was call the company in 4 times I had a problem with this application in the meantime the first one I ordered a captain and It is working on another app and he is so far away and the way it is different i canceled the ride and I ordered and ride so they charge me 1jd I called them and explained for them the problem she told me yes he is so far you can pay the one jd and after the you trip call as then I called them but nothing changes! Then after I finished my work I ordered another ride he called me and told me can you cancel the ride I told him okay i will I cancel it because he wanna go to home so ! They charge me I ordered another ride and i pay the one jd! Another problem I ordered a ride but the driver he drive a slowly like The speed is 80 and he is driving at the speed of 20 so after we are arrived deduct more money from me when i called the company the told me, the you should to be arriving at 8 minutes and you are arrived at 17m and I told her it’s okay but it is midnight now no traffic in this time and the driver he wanna drive a slowly! It’s not my problem !! She explained something to me that is not at all convincing and says it might be in a crunch or a signal! literally it’s bad !!

Definitely cheaper than other apps however the estimated fees are always less than what gets deducted from your card which only indicates the company's dishonesty! Also for some reason when I cancel a ride because a driver tells me he can't make it or I realize he is driving away from my location it deducts 1 JD from my card which is unreasonable!! You can't reach the customer service on the phone instead you report about such incidents on the app and of course gets no response which suggests they actually don't care about customers' satisfaction. I have faced an issue with one of your driver where the app deducted less charges than should be and I didn't have cash on me and he made a huge scene telling me to borrow money from my friends to pay him though the fault was on your system! To add on that, you should tell your drivers to take care of their cars hygiene since they look ridiculously trashy most of the time, and not to use their phones texting while driving.

If you're looking for a cheap service to get to work daily go for it, however if you're looking for a good service and it's not repetitive I would recommend using another service.
