Description
My Orange is customers’ favorite self-care channel that allows them to manage their mobile lines, control their subscriptions, pay bills and recharge their lines easily and securely.
The app allows users to check the line’s validity date, balance, offer details, recharge it, renew the subscription before the due date, view & pay bills, buy bundles, transfer credit, and use the Emergency Credit.
It also offers them various customer service options like live chat with customer care agents, booking an appointment at shops service, and report & track issues.
Via the app, users can manage their rewards account “Tikram”, enjoy special deals and win prizes from the “Wheel of Fortune” game.

The latest update offers a better user experience through the Fiber order tracking feature, exclusive Internet bundles for mobile prepaid customers, and other app enhancements.

Can do better
It seems quite basic, there are so many easy ways to make the app more modern. For example, why haven’t you added PayPal as a payment option to pay online? Simple things like that to make it an app from 2024..
Worst company ever
Honestly i would give you a big Zero but have to put a star, you are a company that is deeply disgraced and financially, I mean, other than the new laws that who doesn't renew his subscription before it ends in one day you disconnect the line completely from receiving any calls a day after the end of the subscription, and the Network is so bad, even the customer service which is everywhere in the world is for free you you are forcing people to buy a credit and take money to talk to what you call " customer service" i definitely don't recommend new users to sign up to your company because you are extremely materialistic and very bad service and network and soon i am gonna change the whole family lines and home router and terminate our contracts.
Dishonesty and greed
As a 14 years subscriber with the same phone number, I feel disappointed that we have in Jordan such greed companies- - including orange- that provides mobile and internet services.
During these years, I still have a bad network coverage at my house, even though I live in one of the industrial cities in Jordan, and nearby the governmental complex of many main departments.
The contracts of service between the clients and the companies are the same, unfair and flexible for the company to extort clients.
Finally, I am way disappointed of having such companies -including orange- in my country as mobile and internet services providers.
