I placed an order thinking they were going to make my life more efficient unfortunately they made it a living hell. The ordered I placed was transacted 12 times in a row (amount withdraw from there behalf because the concerned team would get back to me) the order arrived with only one item in it that is not mine to begin with! The customer care communicate different information a few state 2-4 hours and other state 7-14 days and asking for personal information that is not suppose to be disclosed !
To top it all off I have to call and follow up because I am still waiting for the 2-4 hour call back since two days!!
It is truly a joke ! It is not a business ran!

Uncomfortable for shopping
1 Cannot add any comments along with the order
2 only limited items are available on the app, so many items of spynnes are not available on nownow
3 Very small photos of the products, only one small photo for each, cannot view information about the products or see more photos or bigger ones
4 not user friendly app, shopping experience is annoying
